Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In small bowl, mix fax seed with nut milk. Set aside.
  3. Peel and mash ripe bananas.
  4. To bananas add honey, coconut oil, and vanilla and mix.
  5. In another bowl, mix all dry ingredients. Oats, ground almonds, salt, cinnamon.
  6. In bowl with wet ingredients, add flax and milk mixture, mix. Add dry ingredients and mix until combined
  7. Add desired add-ins and fold until well distributed.
  8. Using a 1 ounce scoop or heaping tablespoon, divide dough into 24 portions onto a parchment lined pan.
  9. Once divided, dip a spoon in water and using the back, gently flatten the cookies by moving the spoon in small circular motions.
  10. Bake for 14 minutes turning the pan halfway through.
