Hard Boiled Egg Chocolate Chip Cookies
These mini chocolate chip cookies are made using hard boiled eggs instead of raw eggs. The results are better than you can image with a fluffy cake like texture and moist chocolaty cookie your milk will be delighted! Go ahead, eat the whole bowl … I won’t judge you!

  1. In food processor add butter, sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla (Yes the smell is odd… yes it smells a little like farts… Don’t panic that is the eggs and it WILL go away!)
  2. Process until smooth and creamy and smooth
  3. Scrape the butter mixture into bowl of mixer
  4. Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Using the paddle attachment, add flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix until incorporated.
  6. Reserve ½ cup of Chocolate Chips.
  7. Fold remainder into mix by hand.
  8. Scoop out table spoon size balls, Dip top into reserved chocolate chips and Press “flat” onto cookie sheet.
  9. Bake at 350 for 7-9 minutes (turning once) until light golden on the bottom. DO not over bake or they will dry out nothing a little bit of milk can’t fix
